We had a great experience! Buying a new car is intimidating, but we felt right at home here. We had all our questions answered and we were given time and space to talk as a couple and make a decision we were comfortable with. The follow up service is superb and all our questions “silly” or not were taken seriously and handled professionally and feels like talking to family. Amanda is a fantastic person and we are very happy to have met her!

I've been dealing with Funk's Toyota since 2004 when I bought my Rav 4 and cannot complain about the service we receive there....Chuck, Bob, and now the ladies in the service department you are all awesome. Whenever I bring my Rav in for whatever problem or just for oil changes, I'm always given a car to do my shopping or cruising around I have to do... When we were looking to purchase a new car and asked around, Funk's Toyota was mentioned as the place to go. We thought it would be worth checking out and are so happy that we did! Amanda Basson was quick to respond by phone and answered all of our questions. She set up a test drive and took her time explaining all the features that were new to us. Her service was exceptional! She even took the time to get to know our son and gave our dog a treat. Amanda has followed up with us several times to see how we are enjoying our new car. Everyone there from financing to service was very welcoming and friendly. We are so glad that we chose Funk's Toyota!

I wanted to write this review to express my appreciation for all that the employees at Funk’s Toyota have done for me and my family over the past 11 years. I bought my first new Toyota Corolla from Funk's in 2006 and never had the desire to shop anywhere else for a vehicle nor to get any of our vehicles serviced anywhere other than at Funk’s Toyota. I’ve always appreciated the way the staff treated me when I was looking at buying a new or used vehicle. I have never felt pressured to purchase from the dealership and always felt like I was getting a good car at a good price. I recently purchased a used Corolla from Funk's and found that once again the experience was a good one. I had the confidence in purchasing a used Toyota from Funk’s Toyota because I knew I would not be sold a lemon. My children are now young adults and I have already talked to them about the satisfaction that I have had over the years by dealing with the good people at Funk’s Toyota. We have three vehicles in our family now and I take all three to Funk’s Toyota for servicing. I have my auto mechanics certificate of attainment and I know that everyone in the Funk’s Toyota service department are honest and have never asked me to get something done to any of our vehicles unless it was really necessary. In short, if our family needs a new or used vehicle or want our vehicles serviced properly, why would we want to go anywhere else other than Funk ’s Toyota in Steinbach?

After bringing my truck in this morning for some work they gave me a service car for the day and then helped me out by delivering my truck to my home saving me an hour and a half trip back the next morning. So impressed with the customer service... And I love my Toyota .

This dealership is unreal! I will never go anywhere else. I travel the 5hrs to get to Steinbach for every oil change and repairs since I had my first Tacoma from there in 2008!! And I only have good things to say about EVERYONE there.

My wife was absolutely 100% right when she steered me towards Toyota, I love both our Tundras and our guys like them as well. We bought a few used GMCs and a Ford here locally but they don't compare to the Tundras at all.

I really appreciate the effort you put into finding my mom a great car. She said she was very comfortable dealing with you. That is very important to me, as since my dad has been gone, big purchases like this tend to make her a bit nervous & anxious. It's great to know there are guys like yourself that go the extra mile to make folks in my mom's position feel like they are being looked after and not being taken advantage of. I purchased my 2010 Venza almost 7 years ago from Funk's Toyota in Steinbach. When I moved to Winnipeg I started taking it in to other Toyota dealerships in the city for servicing however I soon found my way back to taking it to Steinbach for servicing. Last Friday I took my car in to get my winter tires put on and an oil change done. I also asked them to check my rear hatch because it was not working. First of all the greeting I always get from Bob and or Chuck always brings a smile to my face - they are both always so personable and willing to help out. They did check my rear hatch and it was a loose connection that they fixed and did not charge me for. You always do such a great job and then to get into my "clean" car after any work is done is also always a nice surprise...Keep up the good work you guys!! It really is "worth the trip"!
