Back and better than ever! The Land Cruiser makes its Canadian return after 35 years with the robust TNGA-F platform, featuring a sturdy ladder frame constructed from high-strength steel with blanking and laser welds for added rigidity. It's 112 millimeters narrower and 30 millimeters shorter than the outgoing 200 Series, enhancing its off-road capabilities.
Designed by Toyota's CALTY Design Research in collaboration with the global team, the new Land Cruiser embodies authenticity, reliability, timelessness, and professionalism. Sporting round LED headlights and the iconic "TOYOTA" heritage grille, the 1958 grade retains the classic Land Cruiser look, while higher grades showcase slim, rectangular headlights reminiscent of the FJ62. The squared body profile and pushed-back A pillar improve both aesthetics and trail visibility.
For enhanced performance, the Land Cruiser features a newly developed double-wishbone front suspension with twin-tube shocks and a multi-link rear suspension with coil springs. Electric power steering provides improved control, and 17-inch disc brakes ensure stopping power. With a standard trailer hitch on all grades, Land Cruisers can tow up to 6,000 pounds. Introducing the Land Cruiser 2024 lineup, featuring three grades: Land Cruiser 1958, Land Cruiser, and the exclusive Land Cruiser First Edition.
