Our Team

Rick Funk is nearing the 50 year mark. He has been with the family business for over 34 years. He started part time in the used vehicle business with his dad nearly 40 years ago. Then in 1976 we acquired the Toyota franchise and it has been in the Funk family ever since. Out of the approx 250 stores in Canada we are one of the oldest Toyota dealerships. Rick and his brothers,Kelvin and Reg are the Managaing Business Partners at Funk's Toyota.
 
I am married with three children, two are graduated and now work at the family store. I am very proud of my staff and I work closely with all of them whether it is professional or personal, there views mean a lot to me.
 
I love to hunt, fish, quad, tube, cliff jump, snowmobile, mud bog, cut firewood and build log structures. I love to watch and support local sports, hockey, and soccer. I attend the local non denominational church (Southland community) and am also involved with many street missions etc.

Kelvin is 36 years old and has been married for almost 13 years. His wife Sheila and their two children (daughter Georgia <7, and son Hudson <4) reside in Mitchell, a small town just outside of Steinbach. He is one of the Managing Business Partners.
 
Outside of work Kelvin enjoys spending time with his wife and family, and for recreation hockey, fishing and the outdoors in general. Kelvin has always and only worked in the family business. Before his father Peter encouraged him to try sales in 1998 he worked in the shop as an automobile reconditioner.

Kelly has worked in the Automobile Industry for the last 10 years and has been at Funk's Toyota for the last 5 years.
 
He is the Finance Manager in the Business office. He makes the drive out from lorette everyday to assist you in your financial needs.

I have been in the automotive industry for 20 years, the last 8 I'm proud to say has been with Funk's Toyota.
 
I really enjoy and have alot of fun working with our great team. We have an awesome group of customers who I pride myself in assisting them with their service needs.
 
As for my past times, I enjoy the occasional round of golf, fishing with my friends and family, try to pluck a few tunes on my guitar and I always look forward to the start of the NFL season. Go Colts!

For over 17 years john has been a part of the Funk's Toyota family. He is married with 2 adult children.
He is a member of the Lions Club & helps out at local soup kitchen.

John attends a local Church and tries to be involved in the community.

For 12 years delbert has been working in the service department. In his off hours he surfs the net & plays video games so he can keep up to his 9 grandchildren. he has almost mastered the TV remote! Every Monring when looking in the mirror he reminds his wife that he is a Good Look'n guy.

I have a small family, just eleven kids. My hobbies are fixing cars, building houses, playing guitar and making something good for people.

Married with two kids. Hobbies include playing guitar, beginner pilot and online flying simulation.
